I taught classes on nutrition, & body type analysis, during Gladdy's courses. I was certified as a Holistic Nutritionist, complimented with 52 hours of Touch For Health, training certification, combined.

WEIGHTLIFTER: Trained in weightlifting for several years. I won two first place medals in Grande Prairie, Alberta, in the light-weight division, for my deadlift and bench press lifts. My first ever professional training session and introduction to weightlifting, I was privileged to spend 2 hours, with 5 times Mr. Canada, at Gold's Gym, in Manitoba, at the time.

• I am an avid investigative researcher in prevention and education on the subjects of EMF/EMR radiation, environmental toxins, high quality supplementation, and interior wellness prevention products.
